We have some wonderful new homes to assist your family or any seniors in your neighborhood who can no longer take care of themselves due to a chronic illness such as Alzheimers, stroke, or arthritis. These home are licensed care homes in residential areas and accept private pay, ALTCS, or VA Benefits. We will assist the person in obtaining any of the benefits they are eligible for. The private pay monthly fees for all care, food, accommodations is $2000-4000/month with the average falling at $2500. A nursing home runs over $5000 a month. The family is still responsible for the cost of medication and diapers. There is no fee to the clients for any of these services and we will give you personal tours of the homes that would best suit the individual's needs.
Health insurance rates are going up 18-30% in 2006. I am currently carrying a $10,000 deductible myself and have gotten my mammogram and other wellness items covered even without meeting the deductible and without payment out of my pocket. I pay $88 a month and have been very satisfied.
